Dr. Opher Kinrot

Dr. Opher Kinrot co-founded OTM Technologies with Gilad Lederer and Uri Kinrot in 1998 as an optical laser technology company, which is now developing mobile data input products based on patented OTM (Optical Translation Measurement) technology.
Following a distinguished academic career, publishing several patents and articles on laser technology and non-linear optics, Opher served as R&D Manager of Orziv Ltd., an Israeli company handling Laser Material Processing.
His IDF service was performed as Liaison Officer at Tadiran Electronics and a software engineer in RCA, New Jersey.
Opher holds a PhD in Physics from the Weizmann Institute of Science, Israel, an M.Sc (Cum Laude) in Applied Physics from the same institute and a B.Sc. (Cum Laude) in Mathematics & Physics from the Hebrew University, Israel, within the TALPIOT program of the IDF.
